Sports, Games and Cultural Activities

The management of J.S.S.M believes in the overall growth of each student. For this purpose students are encouraged to participate in outdoor and indoor games and activities like debates, quizzes, dramas, singing, etc. Excellent facilities are provided in the campus for outdoor games like football, volleyball, basket ball, badminton etc. as well as for indoor games like table tennis, caroms, etc.

Personality Development

Personality Development quintessentially means enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change to your life. Each individual has a distinct persona that can be developed, polished and refined. This process includes boosting one’s confidence, improving communication and language speaking abilities, widening ones scope of knowledge, developing certain hobbies or skills, learning fine etiquettes and manners, adding style and grace to the way one looks, talks and walks and overall imbibing oneself with positively, liveliness and peace. Personality development is gaining more and more importance because it enables people to create a good impression about themselves on others; it helps them to build and develop relationships, helps in your career growth and also helps to improve your financial needs.

At J.S.S.M, we consider personality development as a Basic tool that helps one to realize his/her capabilities and strengths making one a stronger, a happier and a cheerful person.

Towards this, much emphasis is laid on organizing regular sessions for Group Discussions, Debates, Extempore, and Presentations etc. for the students as a part of their regular routine.

At J.S.S.M, we believe that the Interaction and discussion with the eminent personalities from various MNCs, Industries, Management Institutes, and Research Institutes etc will bring the latest Technical and Management practices to the doorsteps of students.

Industrial Visits

The College has always delivered excellence in all facets and we strongly believe that the globalize world requires engineers who can effectively and efficiently function in a multi-cultural environment and are sensitive towards the ever changing social and cultural environment. In order to have a better understanding of organizational culture and industrial processes, various industrial visits are organized for students.
